To ensure system stability and high-quality responses for everyone, AI requests are managed through a daily quota system. Free Tier members receive a base quota per day, which resets at midnight UTC. Pro and Premium members enjoy significantly higher or unlimited quotas. You can track your remaining quota directly in the AI Coach sidebar.
