1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BuildStack Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. AI-Generated Content

BuildStack provides AI-assisted coaching and architectural planning tools. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or hallucinate technical details. Users are responsible for verifying code and architectural decisions before production deployment.

3. Membership & Billing

Pro and Premium memberships are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial billing periods unless required by law. BuildStack reserves the right to adjust pricing with prior notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BuildStack to:

• Reverse engineer the platform or AI Learning Coach logic.
• Scrape course content for distribution outside BuildStack.
• Upload malicious code or harmful projects to the Showcase.
• Harass or abuse other builders in the community feed.

5. Intellectual Property

BuildStack Academy owns the course content, UI, and educational methodology. Users own the code and intellectual property they build while using the platform, including projects submitted to the Showcase.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in behavior that undermines the integrity of the learning community.
